Privacy policy

Spokane Window Replacement is a free referral service for window replacement requests. We do not install, repair, or sell windows. This page says what the quote form collects and who receives it.

What the form collects

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• ZIP code or city, in the location field
• The project you pick (the service field) and the project details you write (the message field)
• The page URL the form was sent from
• Your consent choice, stored as tcpa_consent. The checkbox starts unchecked. When you check it, the form sends the string true.
• The consent version you were shown: v1-2026-10-22
• The full consent sentence displayed beside the checkbox
• The time you submitted the form, as an ISO 8601 timestamp

The form script from ClientAnchor may also include the referring page, campaign parameters from the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), and a started_at time for that visit. A hidden website field is a honeypot and should stay empty. The hub's server can also see ordinary connection data such as an IP address, because that is how a form post arrives.

Who receives a request

The form is submitted to the ClientAnchor hub at clientanchor.com/api/leads/form. The request may be shared with up to 3 independent local service providers so they can respond to you about the project. They set their own prices. They are responsible for their own licensing and insurance. We do not perform the work.

The consent sentence on the form is the disclosure for that contact, including calls and texts using automated technology or prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Opting out

Reply STOP to opt out of texts. You can also email leads@clientanchor.com about a request you already sent, including a request to opt out. This site does not publish a phone number.

What this policy does not do

It does not set a retention period, because this site does not operate the inbox that stores the lead. Email leads@clientanchor.com to ask about a request you submitted. The form is for adults asking for contractor quotes. It is not directed at children.
